PAY IT FORWARD?
"If you build it,
they will come."
I did, and you have!
Two hundred and fifty of you from 30 countries have become Foxy House "Alumnos"over the last two and a half years- You have been here to rest, reflect, and above all get ready for the journey home.
But after the end of this year, all of this could just become a lovely memory.
Please click here and see how you can help prevent that from happening:
I NEED YOUR HELP!
The House of the Little Fox (in Galego A Casa do Raposito) is not an albergue. It is the private home of writer Tracy Saunders, author of Pilgrimage to Heresy & St James' Rooster, and herself a four time pilgrim and therapist and practitioner of clinical hypnosis.
Tracy welcomes you to stay at this Post-Camino Retreat near Muxía for 3 to 5 days more, to participate in the life of a typical Galician aldea: to rest most of all; to read, to write, to think, to work if you wish, perhaps even a chance to give back to the local community in El Jardín de San Martín, the church garden which we are creating for the enjoyment of all.
Most of all, retreat at The Little Fox House will give you an opportunity to talk about your experiences with other pilgrims, or if you prefer in a guided group or one-one with a professional.
Shared accommodation. Real beds with real sheets and real duvets!!!
Communal meals with wine are included

Carantoña is 17 kilometers from Muxia, a 9.7 delightful waymarked trail from the Camino at Merexo where you will walk along the sea, through pine and eucalyptus woods and open farmland, and finally along a sparkling river. Or if you like for a small contribution we can pick you up in Muxia or Fisterra.
PS: If you stay at either Cabo da Vila or Albergue Mar da Fora in Fisterra, or Bela Muxia in Muxia, you can access more information about how to get here, but look on the DIRECTIONS page: it really is easy (and beautiful!)
Are you ready to go home now?
or would you like to stay ...
just a little while longer?
Just long enough to think about all the miles you have travelled, all the things you have seen, all the friends you have made, and all the lessons you have learned.
